Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in carcass merchandising, grading, or beef plant operations. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and technical expertise relevant to plant operations and grading systems.
