**Job Title: General Manager, Carcass Merchandising**
The General Manager of Carcass Merchandising oversees second shift operations, ensuring precise application of USDA grades, enhancement of product value, and seamless operational processes. This position entails direct leadership of supervisors and collaboration across multiple departments to uphold grading standards and synchronize inventory. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in carcass merchandising, grading, or beef plant operations. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and technical expertise relevant to plant operations and grading systems.
