Job Summary
The position involves comprehensive ownership of the Mining product, focusing on the economic aspects, strategic direction, and development of the product roadmap. The incumbent will guide a specialized engineering team to enhance key growth indicators such as revenue, lifetime value (LTV), and user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Mining product, including strategic planning and economic management.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap to align with business objectives.
- Lead a dedicated engineering team to achieve growth metrics effectively.
- Enhance revenue, LTV, and active user numbers through targeted initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience overseeing an entire business line.
- Proven expertise in the crypto or Web3 sectors.
- Strong analytical skills related to product performance and user engagement.
- Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
