Job Summary
The General Manager plays a crucial role in supervising the daily functions of a busy truck care facility. This position is essential for effective leadership of the staff and maintenance of the facility, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The General Manager focuses on boosting sales, managing inventory diligently, and delivering top-notch customer service, while also overseeing financial performance through analysis of Profit and Loss statements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the truck care facility.
- Lead and manage staff effectively.
- Maintain the facility to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Drive sales performance and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance using P&L statements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of management experience in retail or a similar high-volume setting.
- Experience in budgeting and team supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items over 50 pounds.
