Job description
The General Manager plays a crucial role in supervising the everyday operations of the store. This includes tasks such as hiring, training, and nurturing the team members. Additionally, the General Manager is tasked with controlling labor and food expenses while maintaining exceptional standards of food quality and customer service. Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age and should have prior experience in a leadership or management role. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential, along with the capability to work on weekends and during different shifts.
