Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supervising all store activities during their shift, which encompasses inventory management, cash handling, and expense oversight. In addition to these responsibilities, they are expected to deliver exceptional customer service, oversee staff, and maintain high standards of product quality and store hygiene. Ideal candidates should possess previous leadership experience and be capable of managing a team ranging from 3 to 30 employees. A valid driver’s license and a spotless driving record are mandatory, as well as full availability and a minimum age requirement of 18 years.
