**Director of Special Projects**
The Director of Special Projects acts as the main field liaison for parish schools, ensuring that strategic planning efforts are executed with precision and responsibility. This role involves fostering cooperation among principals, pastors, and school commissions to promote operational sustainability and align with the goals of the Archdiocese. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of advancing experience in educational leadership, organizational development, or change management. A bachelor’s degree is essential, while a master’s degree in education leadership or organizational management is preferred.
