Job Summary
The General Production Laborer plays a crucial role in transforming beef carcasses into conventional market cuts, ensuring that production lines meet quality and speed benchmarks. Responsibilities
- Process beef carcasses into standard market cuts efficiently.
- Maintain line speed and uphold quality standards.
- Ensure the fabrication area is safe, clean, and operates effectively.
- Adhere to all compliance procedures related to production.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing for extended periods in cold and wet working conditions.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
