Job Summary
The Global Export Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the organization’s international export compliance and sanctions initiatives. This position is designed to ensure compliance with both U.S. and global trade laws while serving as a valuable resource for various functions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s export compliance program.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations.
- Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams on export compliance issues.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to export and trade compliance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export or trade compliance.
- Strong understanding of EAR, ITAR, and OFAC regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex compliance issues.
- Effective communication skills for clear interaction with various teams and stakeholders.
