Lead and develop a global engineering organization responsible for advanced seating architecture and technology, seat structure design and industrialization, and regulatory compliance. Align cross-functional teams and global standards to deliver safe, high-quality, manufacturable seating systems and resolve compliance risks across markets. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field, at least 10 years of progressive technical team management experience, and strong automotive engineering expertise in seat systems, structures, or related components. Candidates should have experience leading global teams and knowledge of regulatory and homologation requirements, structural engineering, CAE/CAD tools, manufacturing processes, and strategic resource management.
