Job Summary
The Senior Litigation Attorney will oversee a sophisticated family law caseload from the beginning to the conclusion of the cases. This includes formulating litigation strategies and acting as the lead attorney in contested cases. The position also focuses on guiding junior attorneys while collaborating closely with partners on intricate, high-net-worth issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from inception to resolution.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies for contested proceedings.
- Serve as first chair during litigation in court.
- Mentor and support junior attorneys in their professional development.
- Work collaboratively with partners on complex, high-net-worth family law matters.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in family law litigation.
- Current membership in the California Bar in good standing.
- Demonstrated strong presence in the courtroom.
- Exceptional skills in legal writing and analysis.
- Proficient in independently managing complex litigation cases.
