Interns will be paired with department leaders to complete projects aligned with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. They will also engage in management meetings, shadowing experiences, and cross-functional collaboration to support healthcare operations. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited graduate program such as M.B.A., M.P.H., or M.H.A. Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills are preferred for this role.
