Job Summary
The Green End Superintendent is accountable for leading and instructing team members while overseeing process flows aimed at achieving production targets and performance goals. Responsibilities
- Lead and train staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in lumber or wood production manufacturing.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in challenging industrial settings.
