Job description
The Grooming Salon Leader oversees the daily functions of the salon, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and controlling inventory. This role involves delivering high-level grooming services while prioritizing pet safety, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the salon’s profitability. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of professional grooming experience and demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with previous management experience in a salon being advantageous. A high school diploma or GED is desirable, along with in-depth knowledge of grooming techniques and breed standards.
