**Coach Position Overview**
The Coach plays a crucial role in leading dynamic and scientifically informed Orangetheory Fitness workouts while promoting member involvement and loyalty. This individual will work alongside the studio team to achieve sales objectives, uphold studio quality standards, and ensure outstanding customer service. Candidates should have at least 5 years of advancing experience in facilities, property, or maintenance management, ideally within a multi-location retail or fitness context. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is desirable, accompanied by a robust understanding of building systems and vendor management.
