**Grooming Salon Leader**
The Grooming Salon Leader oversees daily operations within the salon, encompassing staff management, scheduling, and inventory control to facilitate smooth processes. This role includes delivering top-notch grooming services while upholding exceptional safety protocols, client satisfaction, and team growth. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of grooming expertise and demonstrate effective leadership abilities, with previous experience in salon management being advantageous. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, alongside the capability to manage animals of various temperaments and commit to a full-time schedule.
