**Supervisor**
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of denial management processes by coordinating work distribution and evaluating team performance in real-time. This role involves mentoring team members, addressing workflow obstacles, and ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle, particularly in denial management, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and strong skills in communication and problem-solving are essential.
