**Manufacturing Utility Lead**
The Manufacturing Utility Lead oversees and organizes daily production operations while providing assistance to line operators to guarantee compliance with safety and quality protocols. This role involves coordinating training sessions, addressing process-related challenges, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout production lines. Applicants should possess at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and hold a high school diploma or G.E.D. A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with safety and quality systems in manufacturing are essential for this position.
