Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Guide and support team leaders and members to reach specified production and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations while implementing process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or a manufacturing-related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least two years of supervisory experience is required.
- Proficiency in implementing Toyota Production System methodologies.
