Job Summary
The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a crucial role in the successful launch of new restaurants by guiding training teams and fostering the development of hourly management staff. This position is pivotal in ensuring that operational benchmarks are met, company policies are adhered to, and effective shift management is practiced in a dynamic restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the training process for new restaurant teams.
- Develop and mentor hourly managers to enhance their leadership skills.
- Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained across all shifts.
- Implement and uphold company policies within the restaurant.
- Manage shifts effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for training and restaurant openings.
