**Growth Marketing Manager**
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients across various studio locations, utilizing paid search, local SEO, and optimization of conversion processes. This role will involve analyzing performance metrics to create scalable growth playbooks and enhance the booking funnel to boost revenue. The preferred candidate will be a proactive marketer with a background in expanding local service-oriented businesses and a solid understanding of Google Ads, GA4, and Meta Ads. They should thrive in a startup atmosphere, adept at managing budgets and effectively linking marketing efforts to business results.
