The Solutions Architect will own the design, administration, and scaling of the HaloPSA platform, including workflows, integrations, and data models. They will also lead AI enablement initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets organizational service delivery and reporting needs. Candidates must have at least three years of hands-on HaloPSA administration experience and a strong background in MSP operations. Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and designing complex service management environments is essential for this role.
