The technician will set up, image, and implement desktop and laptop systems, overseeing endpoint devices with tools such as SCCM and Intune. Their duties include monitoring IT asset inventory, executing data migrations, and delivering user support during technology implementations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years in desktop support or endpoint deployment, demonstrating practical experience with imaging tools. Excellent troubleshooting abilities for hardware and Windows operating systems are essential, along with a background in asset management.
