Job description
**Job Title: Fiber Splicing Helper**
The Fiber Splicing Helper will support teams in the preparation, splicing, and testing of fiber optic cables in both outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) settings. Additionally, this position entails executing installations for data center cages and overhead ladder racks in compliance with industry standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a valid driver’s license. The role demands physical capabilities, including lifting weights of up to 75 lbs and working under diverse weather conditions, as well as the ability to successfully pass a drug test.
