The engineer will own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production, including manufacturing execution and quality control. They will also manage new product introductions and drive corrective actions to optimize output and cost. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and have at least one year of professional experience in manufacturing processes, SMT, or PCB design. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and the flexibility to work extended hours and weekends.
