Job description
The Site Director oversees the creation and execution of exceptional, licensed preschool programs, ensuring adherence to Title 22 regulations. This role involves spearheading the onboarding process for new staff, overseeing site budgets, and nurturing strong relationships with children, their families, and the local community. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in child development and have a minimum of 5 years of experience with children aged 0-5. Additionally, a valid Child Development Site Supervisor or Program Director Permit, as well as current certifications in First Aid and CPR, are mandatory.
