This role also involves overseeing day-to-day office activities, sustaining property marketing efforts, and providing support for resident lease renewals and community activities. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma and a minimum of two years of leasing experience. Essential qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication abilities, and the readiness to work a flexible schedule that accommodates evenings and weekends.
