**Job Title: Claims Supervisor**
The Claims Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the team, ensuring precision in the processing of healthcare claims while overseeing staffing and performance indicators. This position requires leadership and coaching, along with generating reports to guarantee adherence to both federal and state regulations. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience within a healthcare claims context, ideally in a TPA environment. A degree in a business-related field at an associate level is mandatory, in addition to a strong understanding of medical terminology, coding, and common office software applications.
