Job Summary
The Personal Injury Case Manager will oversee personal injury cases from the onset through to pre-litigation resolution or settlement. This role involves guiding clients through the onboarding process, managing case documentation, and formulating demand packages while collaborating with medical providers and insurance companies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake to settlement or resolution.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure comprehensive case file maintenance.
- Prepare demand packages and coordinate with relevant medical providers and insurance carriers.
- Summarize and review medical records and damages effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in personal injury pre-litigation.
- Familiarity with California court procedures is essential.
- Strong organizational skills are a must.
- Ability to effectively summarize medical records and assess damages.
