This role demands meticulous record-keeping within the CRM system and ensuring that all actions are in compliance with essential tax deadlines. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in tax practice or controversy, along with a solid grasp of accounting principles and tax resolution techniques. A high school diploma is essential, complemented by strong communication skills and the capability to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
