**Case Manager**
The Case Manager is responsible for overseeing client accounts, which includes the preparation of IRS resolution documents, conducting tax research, and facilitating communication between clients and tax professionals. This role demands meticulous record-keeping within the CRM system and ensuring that all actions are in compliance with essential tax deadlines. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in tax practice or controversy, along with a solid grasp of accounting principles and tax resolution techniques. A high school diploma is essential, complemented by strong communication skills and the capability to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
