Job Summary
The Healthcare Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the onboarding of qualified caregivers and healthcare professionals across three designated service regions. This position involves working closely with operational leaders to achieve staffing objectives while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and maintaining precise hiring documentation.

Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
- Willingness to travel between different service areas as needed.
