Job Summary
The Direct Care Worker Coordinator is responsible for delivering practical training and guidance to Direct Care Workers, while upholding exceptional standards of client care through routine evaluations. This position also involves managing client interactions, organizing documentation, and fostering business expansion through outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to Direct Care Workers.
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain high standards of client care.
- Oversee client communication and documentation management.
- Support business growth through outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in home care.
- A reliable vehicle for transportation is essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical capability to lift 50-60 lbs.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
