Job description
The Home Consultant plays a crucial role in assisting potential residents throughout the home purchasing journey, from their first visit to the final closing. This position also involves generating leads through effective marketing and networking strategies, alongside upholding exceptional customer service and community involvement. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the housing or real estate sectors, and should demonstrate strong communication and organizational capabilities. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, and being bilingual is highly valued.
