**Job Title: Partner**
The Partner serves in a dual role as both a mentor and manager, nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients while guiding and enhancing a team of advisors. They work closely with internal specialists to provide holistic financial solutions and promote market expansion through referral networks. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 15 years of pertinent experience, including a mandatory CFP designation or an equivalent credential. A robust knowledge of financial planning, investment products, and leadership skills is crucial for success in this position.
