**Patient Services Specialist**
The Patient Services Specialist is the key liaison for patients and visitors, providing assistance both in person and via telephone. This role is essential in ensuring outstanding patient satisfaction through top-notch customer service. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or have participated in a Providence internship. Ideal candidates will have a background in a medical office setting, an understanding of medical terminology, and experience with electronic medical record systems.
