Job Summary
The primary focus of this role is to deliver health care and personal support services to clients in the comfort of their homes. The position involves not only providing assistance but also ensuring accurate documentation of care provided.
Responsibilities
- Delivering health care services and personal assistance to clients in their residences.
- Maintaining precise records of the care provided.
- Performing essential household tasks, including meal preparation and light cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- A valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are necessary.
- A negative TB test or chest X-ray, alongside a physical clearance certificate, is mandatory.
