Job Summary
The Home Health Aide plays a crucial role in supporting clients with their everyday activities. This position involves providing essential assistance with personal care, helping with mobility, and ensuring a clean living environment. In addition to these responsibilities, the aide also offers companionship, manages medication reminders, and keeps accurate records of the client’s health status.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Support mobility and movement to enhance client independence.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Remind clients about their medication schedules.
- Document changes in the client’s condition and report to relevant personnel.
