**Job Title: CNA/HHA**
The CNA/HHA delivers essential patient care, which encompasses support for daily living activities, personal cleanliness, and mobility assistance. They are responsible for observing patient health statuses, offering emotional support to families, and working closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team. Applicants should possess a valid CNA certification from Indiana or have successfully finished an approved training program for Home Health Aides. Prior experience in hospice care, long-term facilities, or hospital environments is highly desirable.
