Job description
**Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**
Deliver in-home care to individuals dealing with health conditions, injuries, and long-term illnesses, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN). Engage with a multidisciplinary team to track patient progress, conduct assessments, and provide education to families regarding care strategies. Applicants must have completed a recognized practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license in Georgia. A minimum of one year of experience in home healthcare is required, along with CPR certification and a current driver’s license that includes auto insurance.
