Job description
**Job Title:** Home Health Nurse
Deliver expert nursing services to patients in their residences, which includes overseeing health conditions, administering medications, and conducting clinical tasks. Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to ensure precise medical documentation and provide education to families regarding care strategies. Candidates must have completed an accredited practical or vocational nursing program and possess a minimum of one year of experience, ideally in a home care setting. A current state nursing license, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation are required.
