Job description
**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician delivers secure dialysis treatment while working under the guidance of a licensed nurse. This role entails operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients effectively, and keeping accurate records of treatment. The technician is also responsible for maintaining a hygienic environment, supporting patient education, and implementing infection control protocols. Applicants should have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and fulfill the certification criteria set by state or CMS standards. It is preferred that candidates have prior experience in patient care within a hospital or similar setting, along with the completion of an accredited dialysis training course and current CPR certification.
