The Home Health Manager directs the home care department, ensuring high-quality care delivery and adherence to clinical workflows. They are responsible for supervising nursing and therapy staff, managing team performance, and overseeing care provided in nursing and board and care homes. Candidates must hold a California Registered Nurse (RN) license and have at least two years of nursing experience in a home health setting with elderly populations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though additional relevant experience may be substituted.
