Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and support to elderly residents.
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all residents.
- Document and monitor residents’ conditions and report changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- At least one year of experience in general caregiving or as a nurse assistant.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Relevant certifications, including CPR and First Aid, are required.
