Job description
The Registered Nurse will provide expert, patient-focused care in home environments, which includes conducting patient evaluations and overseeing medication regimens. This role involves working closely with a team of healthcare professionals and offering education to patients and their families regarding disease management and treatment strategies. Applicants must have a valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. A valid driver’s license is necessary for travel to patients’ residences.
