**Job Title: Life Enrichment Coordinator**
The Life Enrichment Coordinator plays a vital role in the development, coordination, and implementation of community activities aimed at fostering resident independence and involvement. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing the activity schedule, organizing community outings, and maintaining the safety and welfare of residents throughout all events. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for engaging with seniors. Prior experience in social or recreational programming within a healthcare environment is preferred. Additionally, candidates must complete a Level 2 background screening as mandated for this role in Florida.
