Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering in-home infusion therapy, which encompasses the administration of medications, monitoring vital signs of patients, and overseeing infusion-related supplies. Additionally, they are tasked with maintaining precise clinical records and working closely with the pharmacy team to guarantee safe and effective patient care. Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse license, with a minimum of two years of nursing experience, including at least one year in the management of PIV lines, ports, and PICC lines. A current driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary, along with the capability to travel up to two hours from Lansing.
