**Job Title: Home Health Aide/CNA**
Deliver compassionate and individualized care to hospice patients within their residences, providing support with personal hygiene and daily living tasks. Accurately document patient care activities and offer support to family members during the end-of-life journey. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with a current Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation.
