**Job Title: Homeowners Insurance Manager**
Oversee homeowners insurance policies, focusing on renewals and endorsements while negotiating with insurance providers to obtain favorable quotes. Cultivate and sustain a network of referrals and deliver expert guidance to clients concerning their coverage choices and policy specifications. A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is necessary, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in homeowners or property insurance. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED and exhibit exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
