**Job Title: Hospice Aide**
The Hospice Aide delivers direct personal care and supports daily living activities for patients within their homes, following the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Key responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Applicants must possess a valid CNA certification in the applicable state and hold a current driver’s license with a clean driving history. The position necessitates traveling to various patient residences throughout the day while delivering compassionate and top-notch care.
