Provide direct personal care and emotional support to terminally ill patients in their homes or care facilities. Assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate documentation of visits. Requires an active CNA license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Candidates must have at least six months of direct patient care experience.
