Job Summary
The Hospice Patient Care RN Manager is responsible for guiding clinical operations within the hospice setting, managing patient care coordination, and upholding adherence to relevant regulatory guidelines. This role involves leading interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative care and offering mentorship and training to the clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure coherence in patient care.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to promote effective collaboration.
- Deliver mentorship and training to enhance staff competencies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years in hospice or home-based care is necessary.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of hospice regulatory standards.
