**Job Title: Provider**
The role involves ensuring a secure and nurturing home setting while supporting individuals in accomplishing daily living tasks and personal aspirations. The provider serves as a mentor and advocate, guiding individuals toward greater independence and fostering significant connections within the community. To qualify, candidates must live in Iowa, hold a valid driver’s license, have dependable transportation, and keep their home clean, safe, and equipped with a private bedroom. Additionally, applicants should be at least 18 years of age and able to successfully complete both state and federal background screenings.
